What counts as a credit?
One candidate taking one round: an online assessment or a live interview. Scheduling holds it, starting the round uses it, and a no-show or cancellation returns it.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them. There is no monthly or yearly plan to renew.
Which features do we get?
All of them, for every customer: live interview rooms, online assessments, the phone side view, screen checks, every integrity signal, reports and the final-round check.
How do we pay?
From the Credits page inside Oximus Pro, online with Razorpay by card, UPI, net banking or wallet. Credits are added the moment the payment goes through, with a GST invoice. Larger volumes can be invoiced.
What happens when we run low?
Your admins see a warning when credits fall low. Buy another pack at any time; there is nothing to upgrade.
Can we share credits between recruiters?
Yes. An admin can give each recruiter a share of the credits, take them back, and approve requests for more.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices are shown before GST. CGST and SGST, or IGST, are added on your tax invoice depending on your state.
